Terms of Use

These terms govern our social media-based websites, accounts, pages, and applications (or collectively, our "sites") that belong to, or are managed, by Bask Bank, a division of Texas Capital Bank. By accessing our sites, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and any other applicable policies, terms and guidelines established by Bask Bank and those of any third parties that host our sites (such as Facebook or X). If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use or access our sites.

Use Limitations

You agree to comply with all of Bask Bank’s Social Media Community Guidelines regarding any content that you post/share on our sites, and you agree to our right to moderate and delete any content at our sole discretion. You also agree that your activities on our sites will not violate any applicable law, regulation or terms of any existing agreements you may have with Bask Bank. Any unauthorized use of our sites or misuse of any information posted to a site is strictly prohibited.

Community Guidelines

Bask Bank’s online community is a place to engage, connect and share applicable content. You are solely responsible for all aspects of your participation and/or engagement in our Social Media communities. Please treat the community with kindness and respect. Do not post any content or comments that may be offensive, insensitive, disruptive, harassing or defamatory, and do not post any false information.

We ask that you respect the community and be mindful of the following:

Personal Information

Our social media communities are public, and anything you post can be viewed by others. You should not post personal or sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords, PINs or other non-public personal information. Do not disclose any financial information pertaining to yourself or others.

Unauthorized or Unsolicited content

Your posts should never contain unauthorized and/or unsolicited advertising, fraud or spam, or content that is protected by copyright, trademark or other rights. Avoid opening any third-party links unless you trust the source. These links may pose a risk to your computer or mobile device or take you to inappropriate sites.

Privacy

With respect to content collected through our sites, Bask Bank follows the applicable privacy policies of the third-party hosts of our sites. Please note that when visiting any Bask Bank site, you are also subject to the terms and conditions of Bask Bank’s privacy notices, as well as the terms of service and privacy policies of third-party hosts, when applicable.

Limitations/Indemnification

Bask Bank will not be responsible in any way for any loss or damage that results from your failure to comply with these terms or other applicable guidelines, or from any technical, human or software errors or failures found within our sites. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Bask Bank, its parent, subsidiaries, officers, employees and agents from all liability with respect to any claims from any third parties arising from your use of our sites or violation of these terms or applicable guidelines.

Content Modification

Bask Bank reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines or that, in our sole discretion, we consider objectionable. We may also delete comments that we deem to be off topic, threatening, inappropriate, vulgar or offensive, including solicitations. We may remove identical posts by the same user or multiple users. In removing content, we are using our best judgment for our community.

In certain instances, we may suspend or block users who violate our community guidelines. In extreme circumstances, when appropriate, we may also report certain violators to the relevant authorities.

The opinions, statements and viewpoints expressed by community participants, Bask Bank teammates and Bask Bank associates do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Bask Bank. Bask Bank is not responsible for and does not endorse any views expressed other than our own.

Bask Bank may modify the features, content and functionality of its sites, or terminate entirely any of its sites, at any time without prior notice or liability to you. Modification or termination of these terms will not affect, or result in the termination or modification, of any other existing agreements you may have with Bask Bank.

Bask Bank may modify these guidelines at any time without notice. These guidelines were last updated on June 24, 2024.
